My style as a artist is to create something that makes me proud. I strive for perfection when it come to making art, but I do know that I have a edgy look. I like creating art that makes people curious and think about what I do. By creating something that more edgy and has specific colors.

My five step critique helps me to evaluate what I have done so far, it gives me another way to look at my pieces and make them look more refined. By allowing myself to reflect on what I have created I decided to give him a shirt underneath his kimono in order to make the colors stand out. This made me think of what I am creating and what I can improve upon.
Visual Arts Standard #3: Connecting - I can understand the relationship among the arts, history and world culture. I can make connections among the arts and to other disciplines, to goal-setting, and to interpersonal interaction.
Working on the fashion show opened my eyes to doing a smaller role in the process. this allowed for me to work closely with the director in figuring out my designs for lighting. The lighting made the fashion show stand out and it gave it a very lively.
